1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund to the original payment method.
• To cancel, email hello@frenchtoes.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
• If your order has already been shipped before the cancellation is processed, the request will be treated as a return (see Return Policy below).
• We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests after 24 hours if the order is already in processing/shipping stage.
• Cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

• We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• To initiate a return, email hello@frenchtoes.in with your Order ID and photos of the product.
• Return shipping is free — we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
• Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Refund Process

• Prepaid orders: Refund is credited to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is issued via bank transfer or UPI. We will contact you for your bank/UPI details.
• You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
• Actual credit timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@frenchtoes.in with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size issues only. If your footwear doesn't fit, contact us within the 15-day return window and we will help you exchange it for the correct size at no extra shipping cost.
