1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders.
- No additional COD charges.
- All prices include applicable taxes.
3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order on our courier partner's website. If you don't receive tracking updates within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at hello@frenchtoes.in.
6. Order Not Received / Damaged in Transit
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeline, please email us and we will investigate with the courier partner.
- If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
- For items damaged during transit that were accepted, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us. Re-delivery may involve additional shipping charges.
8. Cancellations During Transit
For cancellation policies, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Orders already in transit are treated as returns and are subject to the return policy.
